Application method
● This product is an important crosslinking agent for cross-linked polyethylene in the manufacturing of wire and cable insulation and protective layer materials. Compared with general peroxide crosslinking and radiation crosslinking, its crosslinking process has the advantages of simple equipment, low investment, easy control, wide range of polyethylene density, suitable for producing fan-shaped wire cores with special shapes, and high extrusion speed. Due to its excellent electrical properties, good heat resistance, and stress cracking resistance, silane cross-linked polyethylene is widely used in the manufacture of wire, insulation, and sheath materials.
● The cross-linked polyethylene made from this product as a crosslinking agent has good resistance to aromatic hydrocarbons, oil, stress cracking, high mechanical strength, and good heat resistance, and can be used for 50 years at 80 ℃. Can be used as anti-corrosion and insulation outer protective layer for long-distance oil pipelines, natural gas pipelines, and gas pipelines, as well as matching anti-corrosion and insulation heat shrinkable sleeve joint materials; Can be used for plumbing and hot water pipes in residential buildings. This product can also be used as a crosslinking agent for ethylene vinyl acetate copolymers, chlorinated polyethylene, and ethylene ethyl acrylate copolymers.
● This product can be copolymerized with acrylic monomers to produce special exterior wall coatings, known as silicone acrylic exterior wall coatings. This coating has many characteristics such as weather resistance, dust resistance, and washability, and can be used for 20 years.
● This product can be copolymerized with various monomers (such as ethylene, propylene, butene, etc.) or graft polymerized with corresponding resins to produce modified polymers for special purposes.
