Application method
● This product is a coupling agent containing epoxy groups, used for joint sealants and sealants of polysulfides and polyurethanes, adhesives for epoxy resins, filling or reinforcing thermosetting resins, glass fiber adhesives, and thermoplastic resins for inorganic filling or glass reinforcement.
● It can be used as an adhesion promoter, surface modifier, and dispersant, mainly to improve the adhesion and compatibility of inorganic mineral powder materials and fibers to polymer (resin), as well as the adhesion and water resistance of resin coatings to inorganic substrates.
● It can enhance the electrical properties of composite materials such as nylon and polybutylene terephthalate filled with many inorganic substances. Effective for a wide range of fillers and matrices, including metals such as clay, talc, wollastonite, silica, quartz, aluminum, copper, and iron. Including: epoxy sealant filled with quartz, premix formula, epoxy resin concrete repair material or coating filled with sand, and epoxy resin material used for mold making tools and metal filling.
● It is possible to improve the adhesion of water-based acrylic latex sealants and sealants in coatings based on polyurethane and epoxy resins. Improve the solubility, dispersibility, and flowability of adhesives in organic toners.
