    Application Methods

    • Mainly used as a raw material for diamino-type amino silicone oils and various organosilicon super-soft finishing agents. It can greatly improve the orientation of organosilicon (molecules) on fibers, enhance the affinity for fibers, and endow fibers with properties such as softness, smoothness, drapability, antistatic performance, wash resistance and wrinkle resistance.
    • Used as an adhesion promoter in polysulfide, organosilicon, polyurethane and epoxy adhesives and sealants, it improves the adhesion, water resistance, corrosion resistance and electrical properties of adhesives and sealants to various substrates including glass, metal and concrete.
    • Used to replace polyamide adhesion promoters in plastisols and sealants, it can improve their adhesion to metal substrates. In addition to increasing strength, silane-modified plastisols and sealants have better overall performance than polyamide-based systems, and the systems modified with this product are light-colored and bubble-free after curing.
    • When used as an additive in phenolic and epoxy molding compounds, it can reduce the moisture absorption of the composites after molding. Thus, it improves the electrical properties under wet conditions, especially at low frequencies.
