Application method
● Suitable for resins such as phenolic, melamine, epoxy, and polypropylene, improving the wettability of the resin and enhancing the dry and wet mechanical strength and electrical properties of the product.
● As a surface treatment agent for inorganic fillers, it is widely used to treat inorganic materials such as glass fibers, glass wool, white carbon black, talc powder, mica, clay and wollastonite, metal powders, metal oxides, etc.
● Suitable for ethylene based coatings, epoxy coatings, polyurethane coatings, and silicone coatings, it significantly improves the adhesion of coatings and is particularly effective for some difficult to paint metals such as copper, aluminum, and zinc.
● As a coupling agent for clay reinforced natural rubber and nitrile rubber, clay treated with this product can improve its physical properties and dynamic mechanical properties compared to untreated clay.
● Can be used as a mineral filler to enhance the coupling agent of nylon 6, nylon 66, and PBT resin.
● Used as an additive in thermosetting resins for manufacturing castings and wear-resistant parts to improve performance.
