Application Methods
- Serves as a raw material for amino-modified silicone oils and various organosilicon super-soft finishing agents. After the amino functional groups of the coupling agent are bonded to the silicone oil skeleton, the orientation of organosilicon (molecules) on fibers is greatly improved, the affinity for fibers is enhanced, and various fibers are endowed with properties such as super softness, smoothness, drapability, antistatic performance, wash resistance and wrinkle resistance.
- Applied in silane-cured and polysulfide sealants (adhesives). It can crosslink (penetrate) one-component and two-component silicone (polysulfide) sealants, thereby improving adhesion to substrates (such as cement, copper and glass), with bubble-free curing and a light-colored system.
- Used in coatings produced from water-based organic resins, it significantly improves the adhesion between coatings and substrates, as well as the corrosion resistance, weather resistance and processing fluidity of coatings.
- This product can enhance the bonding ability of organic materials to inorganic substrates. It is a universal adhesion promoter suitable for most organic and inorganic materials.
- Glass fibers treated with this product show significantly improved composite mechanical strength during the drawing process, as well as enhanced electrical properties under wet conditions.
