    Application method

    ● This amino silane is an excellent adhesion promoter used in acrylic coatings, adhesives, and sealants. For sulfides, polyurethanes RTV、 Epoxy, nitrile, phenolic resin, adhesive and sealant, amino silane can improve pigment dispersion and enhance adhesion with glass, aluminum and steel.

    ● This product is used in glass fiber reinforced thermosetting and thermoplastic plastics. Aminosilane USi-1302 can significantly improve the bending strength, tensile strength, and interlaminar shear strength in dry and wet states, and significantly enhance the wet electrical performance. When using this silane in dry and wet conditions, the flexural strength and tensile strength of glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic, polyamide, polyester, and polycarbonate increase before and after immersion in water.

    ● Adding this product to phenolic resin adhesive can improve moisture resistance and rebound after compression.

    ● This product can significantly improve the physical, mechanical, and electrical properties of thermoplastic and thermosetting resins such as phenolic resin, polyester resin, epoxy, polyamine, polycarbonate, etc. filled with inorganic fillers, and improve the wetting and dispersion of fillers in polymers.

    ● The impact strength, bending strength, bending modulus and other mechanical properties of the composite material made from wood powder processed by this product have been improved.

    ● This product can reduce the amount of phenolic resin or furan resin bonding agent used in silicon sand casting molds, improve the strength of the molding sand, and reduce the gas generation.
