Application Methods
- Can be used in composite materials to improve the compatibility between inorganic fillers and polymers. It significantly enhances the mechanical properties (e.g., tensile strength, flexural strength), thermal properties, electrical properties and water resistance of composite materials. Especially suitable for various thermoplastic and thermosetting resins reinforced with glass fibers.
- Can be used as an adhesion promoter in coatings and inks to improve adhesion, reduce curing temperature and enhance corrosion resistance.
- Can be applied in the foundry industry to reduce resin consumption in silica sand, increase molding sand strength (by approximately 30%) and decrease gas evolution.
- Serves as a raw material for new-generation amino-modified silicone oils and various organosilicon super-soft finishing agents.
