Applications
Silane USi-B6102 is an essential ingredient in
many industries as below:- It’s a new type of double silane, i.e. in the same molecular structure has two silane structure. They have 6 on a molecular alkoxy, is double that of the general silane coupling agent. Therefore, USi-B6102 can be formed in the surface of inorganic materials higher cross-linking density;
- At the same time, the product formed by the hydrolysis of silanol than ordinary silicon which is formed by the silane coupling agent alcohol compared more acidic, so with hydroxyl groups on the surface of the metal, inorganic materials formed by the stronger covalent bonds, and not easy to hydrolysis.
- Environmental protection without phosphorus and heavy metal surface treatment liquid, replace traditional phosphating, passivation process.
- Crosslinking agent, adhesive, sealant provides moisture curing functions, and increase the base material of the relay.
